Life can be stressful right?!
It can be hard to find a balance especially as women. Taking care of the home, building your career, spending time with friends and then still trying to fit in you time can be like figuring out how to get out of the Escape Room! This tug of war often times can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and always on high alert.
It can be a confusing process to try and figure out why you may be feeling off-balance in your day to day lives sometimes. It is natural for our bodies to generate an anxious response to many things that come at us on a normal day to day basis, and there are simple mind repatterning exercises you can practice to train yourself and make the most out of these feelings without just experiencing the downside without understanding what is happening.
