Avocado Toast

I'm a person who likes to keep things simple. Between work, family life, and all the other things that I need to do in any given day time is limited. So when looking for quick breakfast options I try to opt for quick, simple, and healthy meals.  This avocado toast dish takes literally five minutes to prepare. 2 slices of sprouted grain bread

1 avocado

Pinch of salt

2 pinches of pepper

½ lime

 

First cut and core the avocado, use a spoon to scoop out the fruit and place into a bowl or container.

 

Mash avocado with your fork or spoon adding in salt, pepper and a squeeze of lime.

 

Enjoy.
